  3. ....not really. This was more to do with strength. How small elements can become something much stronger when they are combined. It has a lot do do with textiles and is informed by my quiltmaking.Small insigificant pieces being put together in a unique way to create something else....the copper wire is 22guage and can be broken quite easily but by crocheting it in this way it becomes stronger and can support quite a bit of weight. I intend to make body adornment with this idea....so I might want a few models!!

  4. ...this will be the second element I take into my degree work. I have been busy making small pieces imprinted with textiles. I will then be experimenting with my new microwave kiln raku glazes, before joining them to create body adornment.

  5. ....and I'm serious about needing some models. I have lined up a proffesional photographer to take pictures when the pieces are all completed so I can present a portfolio for my final show.
